This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit tobiasjaeger.com — my personal site as a fractional & interim CFO. I keep data collection to a minimum and only use analytics with your consent.

What I collect and why

Cookies & consent
I use Google Consent Mode v2. When you first visit, analytics cookies are set to denied by default and no analytics data is collected until you choose. The banner lets you Accept or Decline:
- Decline — no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
- Accept — Google Analytics is enabled to help me understand how the site is used.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (not on my servers). To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and reload — the banner will appear again. The contact form works regardless of your cookie choice.
Who I share data with
I do not sell your data. I use these services to run the site and respond to you: Google (Analytics), Formspree (contact-form delivery), Calendly (scheduling, if you use it), and Render (website hosting).
How long I keep it
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to correspond with you and follow up. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK/EU data protection law you can ask me about, correct, or delete the information you have sent me, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time (via the banner). To contact me, email hello@colibriholdings.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

I may update this notice as the site evolves; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
